Marketing Associate (student)
Job Description
- Planning and coordinating marketing activities in Loomly (chasing developers into giving you updates included)
- Collaborating closely with our content crew - designer, video editor, and the occasional code whisperer
- Developing and executing marketing strategies focused on making Dream Agency look as cool as we actually are
- Writing and editing marketing copy for social media, and whatever else needs words that sound smart and fun
- Occasionally capturing photo and video content (don’t worry, we’ve got the gear - and the talent, ahem)
- Creating monthly reports that even developers will understand (charts, memes, whatever works)
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications
- Some experience in organizing or leading marketing-related projects (think student associations, events, side hustles - it all counts)
- Solid communication and project management skills
- A decent grasp of marketing basics: social media, branding, campaigns - you don’t need a degree in it, just not be confused by the word "engagement"
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable writing in both English and Croatian without breaking a sweat (or ChatGPT)
- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in tools like Loomly, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar
