React Developer (m/f)

Developing User-Facing Features: Create engaging, responsive features using React.js.
Reusable Components and Libraries: Construct and maintain front-end libraries and components for future use in React.js environments.
Code Translation and Quality: Turn designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
Performance Optimization: Ensure components deliver peak performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
Team Collaboration: Engage in proactive communication with team members regarding potential issues and solutions.
Technical Knowledge Transfer: Share your expertise and insights with colleagues to foster a learning environment.
Active Participation in Problem-Solving: Contribute to discussions with innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Possess strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Have a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Be experienced with popular React.js workflows (e.g., React Query or Axios).
Be familiar with newer specifications of EcmaScript and RESTful APIs.
Understand fundamental principles of scalable application design.
Be adept in writing unit tests and have a preference for test automation.
Have knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Be familiar with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.).
Be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Have practical experience in using GIT.
Adhere to best coding practices and standards.
Be familiar with Agile software development methodologies and Scrum.
Have experience using project management tools (e.g., GitLab, Redmine).
Value teamwork and possess the ability to collaborate effectively.
Be capable of completing tasks independently without constant supervision.
